2026 Annual General Meeting
June 20 @ 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
All Beaver Valley Bruce Trail Club members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting, where voting results and a recap of the year will be shared.
- Doors Open: 11:00 am
- Meeting: 11:30 am
- Potluck: 12:00 pm
- Hike (optional): 1:30 pm
Voting will occur online prior to the June 20 in-person gathering. Members will receive AGM voting information via email on June 12.
The AGM is for members only. Non-members and members are welcome to join us for the guided hike (free).
RSVPs are not required for the AGM.
Pre-registration for those interested in the hike is encouraged. Details about hike and pre-registration will be coming soon.
