Volunteers on the maintenance crew remove tree debris blocking the trail and chainsaw large trunks and limbs into manageable pieces

A crew spent nearly five hours on Saturday working in a part of our northern section to remove downed and damaged trees plus a large amount of debris strewn over the trail. Volunteers were rewarded for their long efforts with delicious butter tarts.
